Zufog has revolutionized the way customers leave employees reviews. Through algorithmic innovation, Zufog breaks down the reviews and provides management with real-time feedback and vital actionable data.
Led the design process across the entire lifecycle of the project. Partnering with leadership and engineering, brainstormed and helped set the vision for the user experience and interface. Zufog's new website, public- and user-facing interface, and graphics enhanced the customer experience and boosted traffic. As a result, Zufog was acquired by DSA Property Group LLC.
Working with an illustrator, the sketched personas, storyboards, and final custom illustrations introduced Zufog's product in an accessible way.
Wireframes helped iterate on the layout, map out priority features, and establish page structure, with focus on meeting business and user goals.
