Sharp HealthCare is a not-for-profit integrated regional health care delivery system located in San Diego. Sharp includes four acute-care hospitals, three specialty hospitals, three affiliated medical groups and a full spectrum of other facilities and services. Sharp Memorial Hospital is one of only 24 hospitals in California, and among less than 5 percent of hospitals nationwide, to receive a Magnet designation for excellence.
Impact: For over 10 years, I supported the network of 7 hospitals with print and digital design services ranging from designing all of their nursing annual reports to event invitations, both internal and patient-facing, creating the Magnet Designation branding for two of their hospitals, helping with securing their Magnet status, contributing to the success of the popular annual Sharp Women’s Health Conference for 5 years, and most recently designing Sharp Memorial Hospital's interactive in-room patient guide.
